This document originates from the Smolensk Chancellery, but is kept in a box mainly containing documents from Jan Piotr Sapieha’s field archives. The same box contains another 15 documents from the Chancellery. (For Sapieha’s documents, see Tiumencev 2012.) The sheet has been folded to form its own envelope. Address on the verso.
