"Vocabulorum liber de orationis partibus secundum Donatum, nempe de nominibus, scilicet substantivis et adjectivis, pronominibus, verbis, adverbiis, exceptis participiis quae possint trahi a nominibus, adjectivis et verbis, conjunctionibus, praepositionibus et interjectionibus, secundum catalogum vocabula seu titulos complectentem sex linguarum, latine, italice, gallice, germanice et suetice". [Table of contents] (f. 1-2); - "Primum de nominibus substantivis" (f. 3-68v; ordered by theme); - "Sequuntur nomina adjectiva in ordinem alphabeticum redacta" (f. 69-97); - "Sequuntur pronomima" (f. 97-97v; in alphabetical order); - "Sequuntur verba" (f. 97v-118v; in alphabetical order); - "De adverbio" (f. 118v-125; in alphabetical order); - "De praepositionibus" (f. 125-125v; in alphabetical order); - "De conjunctionibus" (f. 125v-126v; in alphabetical order); - "De interjectionibus" (f. 126v; in alphabetical order). Each page is divided in 6 columns containing 1/a reference (?) followed by the translation of each word in 2/Latin, 3/Italian, 4/French, 5/German and 6/Swedish; sometimes the translation in some languages is missing (f. ex. Swedish translation is missing from f. 82). The division of the text in grammatical chapters is made according to Aelius Donatus' Ars minor, also known as De orationis partibus (Louis Holtz, Donat et la tradition de l'enseignement grammatical : étude sur l'Ars Donati et sa diffusion (IVe-IXe siècle) et édition critique, 1981, p. 585-602).

End of the 16th century. Humanistic cursive writing, except for the words in German or Swedish, written in a German or Swedish gothic cursive writing. One hand. - Red titles for each chapter or part. Red lines separating each column. - 14 quires of 10 leaves, except quires nr 1 (2 leaves, f. 1-2), nr 2 and 3 (8 leaves, f. 3-10 and f. 11-18), nr 6 and 7 (8 leaves, f. 39-46 and 47-54), nr 10 (8 leaves, f. 75-82), nr 13 (12 leaves, f. 103-114) and nr 14 (2 leaves, f. 125-126). F. 2v is blank. - On the last pastedown, musical piece: "Fantasia" (end of the 16th century). On the back of the manuscript: "1825" (twice). - Old finding numbers: 41 and 142 (on the back of the manuscript).
Paper (watermark: Piccard 44345). 126 ff, preceded and followed by 1 paper flyleaf. Written on 6 colums. 210 x 330 mm (justif. ca. 195 x 270 mm). - Limp binding, contemporary of the manuscript. Parchment (fragment from 2 leaves of a 13th century Bible (Epistula Jacobi, 1 and 5; Epistula I Petri, 2 and 5) with marginal gloss by the Venerable Bede and blue and red pieds-de-mouche) and paper (16th century printed religious book). Two parchment ties (the bottom tie is partly broken). Old title label: "[Lib]er voca[bulorum] de [ora]tionis [parti]bus [...]".
