Rutgers is staying at Leiden for five or six days to avoid the commotion of moving into a new house. - Frederick Henry has moved his troops closer to Breda. If the Dutch can make a breakthrough, the city will be saved; if not, the city will be lost, for Spínola has great supplies and can continue the siege. The Dutch are, however, optimistic about the outcome.
